Store Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Lash Link. 

  1.  All sales are final and are not subject to a refund or reversal. Once order has been placed, there will be no exchanges or returns.
  2. Any fraudulent chargebacks opened after customer receives product will result in legal action.
  3. We are not liable for stolen or lost packages. We may try to get into touch with USPS to start an investigation and locate your package on your behalf. 
  4. If products are damaged during shipping, we will either replace or refund. We will only replace or refund once proof of damages has been submitted to us.
  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable
  6. If you entered the wrong address and your package is returned, you will be responsible for shipping fees again. Please verify the correct address when placing the order.
  7. Processing times is between 1-2 days. For wholesale packages, processing is 2-3 weeks. Please note, processing times include business days only. 
  8. Shipping is between 3 - 5 days. 
  9. We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters.
  10. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm will be processed on Monday, along with weekend orders from Saturday and Sunday.
  11. We are not responsible for delays by USPS.
  12. Once placed, addresses on orders cannot be changed.
  13. Orders will not be modified or altered.
